1. Agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you and FIRSTIDP INTERNATIONAL LLC when you access firstidp.com, request a quotation or purchase a service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service scope
We provide private document translation services based on the readable material and instructions confirmed for a specific request. The language pair, format, timing, price and delivery method are confirmed before paid work begins.
3. What the service is not
- We are not a government agency, public authority, law firm or receiving organization.
- We do not create, renew, replace, verify or certify original records.
- A translation is a language aid and does not change the status of the source material.
- Unless expressly stated in the confirmed scope, the service is not a sworn, notarized or certified translation.
- We cannot guarantee acceptance by any third party.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must be at least 18, provide accurate instructions, supply only material you are allowed to use, confirm that source material is current and readable, and verify the receiving party's requirements before ordering. You must not use the service for fraud, impersonation, alteration of records or any unlawful purpose.
5. Quotations and orders
A request is not an accepted order. We may review the material and confirm scope, price, format and expected delivery before work begins. We may refuse or cancel requests we cannot lawfully or reliably complete; if we cancel after an amount has been paid and before delivery, we will refund the affected service.
6. Website request form
The request form opens your email application with basic request details. It does not collect document images, store document files or process card details on this website. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in the first message.
7. Delivery
Delivery estimates begin after we have all required materials, instructions and any required approval. Estimates are not guarantees. Delays may result from unclear material, customer response time, language availability, security checks, email filtering or events outside reasonable control.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Translation work is personalized and may begin after quote approval and confirmation. Cancellation rights may be limited once work begins with your request or consent. Eligibility and procedure are explained in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual property and allowed use
You retain rights in material you lawfully submit. You grant us a limited right to process it solely to provide and support the service. We retain rights in our website, layout, templates and branding. You may use the delivered translation for its lawful intended purpose but may not misrepresent it as an original record or guaranteed-to-be-accepted document.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information handling. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data or use an unapproved submission channel.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided with reasonable care but without a promise of acceptance, legal effect or suitability for a recipient's undisclosed requirements. We are not responsible for decisions of third parties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, security risk, unpaid invoices or material breach. Provisions intended to survive termination remain in effect.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to FIRSTIDP INTERNATIONAL LLC, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded.
